Welcome to VERDE STUDIO. By purchasing classes, memberships, packs, or using our services either on bsport, classpass or any other plateform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. GENERAL

VERDE STUDIO is a boutique Pilates studio offering reformer and mat Pilates classes.

All clients must read and accept these Terms & Conditions before attending classes or purchasing services.

VERDE STUDIO reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, prices, memberships, services, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. BOOKINGS

All classes must be booked in advance through our booking platform or website.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their account information is accurate and up to date.

3. ARRIVAL POLICY

Clients are requested to arrive 10–15 minutes before the start of class.

For safety and class quality reasons, entry may be refused more than 5 minutes after class has started.

Late arrivals may lose their spot and the class credit used for the reservation.

4. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time.

If a class is cancelled less than 12 hours before the start time, the credit will be lost.

Failure to attend a booked class without cancellation (“no-show”) results in the loss of the class credit.

VERDE STUDIO reserves the right to suspend booking privileges in cases of repeated no-shows or abuse of the booking system.

5. PACKS & CLASS CREDITS

All class packs are:

  • non-refundable,

  • non-transferable,

  • personal to the purchaser.

Credits expire automatically at the end of their validity period.

Unused credits will not be refunded, extended, paused, or transferred unless legally required.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Reformer classes = 1 credit

  • Mat classes = 0.5 credit

VERDE STUDIO reserves the right to modify pricing, pack structures, and credit systems at any time.

6. MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

By purchasing a membership, clients authorize recurring payments according to the selected plan.

Membership conditions:

  • minimum commitment period may apply,

  • memberships renew automatically,

  • unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated,

  • memberships are non-transferable.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the next renewal date.

Memberships cannot be shared between multiple people.

VERDE STUDIO reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships in case of misuse.

7. INTRO OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

Introductory offers and promotional packages are:

  • limited to one purchase per person,

  • non-transferable,

  • non-refundable.

VERDE STUDIO reserves the right to refuse access to promotional offers in cases of abuse or duplicate accounts.

8. HEALTH & SAFETY

Clients participate in classes at their own risk.

By attending classes, clients confirm that:

  • they are physically fit to participate,

  • they have consulted a physician if necessary,

  • they understand the physical nature of Pilates classes.

Clients must inform instructors before class of:

  • injuries,

  • pregnancy,

  • medical conditions,

  • recent surgeries,

  • any condition affecting participation.

VERDE STUDIO and its instructors are not responsible for injuries resulting from:

  • misuse of equipment,

  • failure to follow instructor guidance,

  • undisclosed medical conditions.

Clients may be refused participation if deemed unfit for class participation for safety reasons.

9. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.

VERDE STUDIO is not responsible for any:

  • lost,

  • stolen,

  • or damaged items.

Lockers or storage areas are used at the client’s own risk.

10. STUDIO RULES

To maintain a respectful environment:

  • phones must remain silent during class,

  • respectful behavior toward staff and other clients is required,

  • grip socks are required for reformer classes,

  • equipment must be used according to instructor instructions.

VERDE STUDIO reserves the right to refuse access or remove any client whose behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or abusive.

11. PHOTO & VIDEO CONTENT

VERDE STUDIO may occasionally capture photos or videos inside the studio for marketing and social media purposes. Clients should not take photos and videos of other clients without their agreement.

By attending classes, clients acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in studio content.

Clients who do not wish to appear in photos or videos should inform the studio in writing.

12. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VERDE STUDIO shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,

  • loss of opportunity,

  • personal property loss,

  • or any damages arising from use of the studio or participation in classes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

13. PRIVACY

Client information is processed according to applicable data protection laws.

Personal data is used for:

  • bookings,

  • payments,

  • communication,

  • memberships,

  • studio operations.

VERDE STUDIO does not sell personal data to third parties.

Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting the studio.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
